Please Help With Asian Po Issue

I ordered a Ultimate Asian PO from Andrew (my fourth), and the second hand stops here and there through out the day for no apparent reason. It does not appear to be hanging on the minute hand or anything, and a tap on the crystal seems to set it right. This was already a replacement watch for one with a busted crown, and Andrew told me to try to find someone to repair it, but the only guy I found that would work on it said it would cost $100.00 to service a $128.00 Watch. Any suggestions on how to fix this myself? Should I just push Andrew to replace it yet again?

I'd appreciated your input...
