I've got the 42mm version on the way with a black face. That watch has been on my radar for a while, and while it is still badly flawed, I can't wait any longer.

Do what I did; nut up, shave your head, grow a goatee, hit the gym and get solid.

Guys, A while back, I made the difficult decision to sell my watch collection (I was up to 18) to help my wife buy her business from the previous owner. I am just now getting back to thinking about buying a watch, and I was hoping to find some advice on the following: 1. I want a swiss movement Breitling Seawolf with a black face on a bracelet. 2. I'd prefer to deal with a collector that is a very hi-tough, boutique type experience, and who ships from CONUS, even if it costs a little more. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I used to get all bunged up reading stuff like that...now I just read it for fun over at AboveTopSecret. Every generation in recorded history have predicted doom in their time. There is some guy over at ATS that cracks me up. Any time someone posts something like this, he jumps in with something like "Ahhhhh the smell of fresh doom!!!!" I don't profess to know everything, but the volumes of conflicting information out there lead me to believe we have at least house odds when it comes to what will or won't happen in 2012. I saw on the news where bookies in vegas are taking bets on what will happen. Who knows?

I'd be interested to see some user reviews as well.

Calling all Rollie Experts, We have all seen various iterations of this watch, but I am wondering the following about the bracelet: 1. Should the mid links be polished or brushed? 2. Should the clasp be like the GMTIIC, or the DSSD? 3. the watch is just a representation of his appreciation. It is not tied to either of you...it is just a thing. Your friend gave it to you because he wanted you to be happy. He still wants you to be happy, and therefore, you should used it in whatever way makes you happiest.

Lani, If I ever make it to Hawaii and somehow finagle my way into an invite to view your watch collection, DO NOT let me leave your house without checking my pockets. I fear the temptation would be too great.
