Replacing tube and crown on large 6th gen PO

Hi people,

Long story short, the watch was at my watchmaker for the past 6 weeks and he was unable to get the parts from Omega because numbers on the case don't match specs. Lot's of stuffing around, phone calls etc.

Please, please, can someone tell me:

(1) Is the original Omega (models 2208.50.00, 2200.50.00 or 2200.51.00) tube and crown interchangeable with 6th gen 45mm PO rep?

(2) If not, where can I buy spare tube and crown for this replica?

(3) I had a look myself for parts at Ofrei - will the following suit my PO rep?
