PO Crown

Does anyone know the case number of a gen PO 45mm? I need to order a crown and tube. I thought the number was 168.1650...this is not it. The case number is found on the inside of a gen caseback.

I don't know about the case number, but the watch has a reference number: 2900.50.91

I ordered a crown and tube for my 42mm PO, the part numbers are 069ST42184 (crown) 090ST1232 (tube). Not sure if this helps as I dont know if the 42mm and 45mm use the same crown and tube.
