The red 1680 dial is not very good. He sells gens and real estate. He has decent feedback that appears to be legit. Recent reviews mention watches. They are not MBW, but very high quality. They also have some very cool Patek and VC frankens as well- all solid 18k that they don't offer for sale on eBay. As for being 1:1... Hard to say. They may be close, but not exact. I've not seen one of these cases in person to say one way or the other.
