tobico Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Just got my new HBB from puretime. Great watch, the braclet is not as comfortable compare to my other watches. I am still trying to get used to how to wear it well. All other parts of this watch are great. Its nicely done and I can see why its being expensive. I want to try an AD in Singapore yesterday but unfortunately they are out of stock.

eunomians Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Looks like a black datewheel to me. And looks like a huge watch on the wrist, it didn't look so big when I saw it at an AD. But then again, I did not try it on. Cheers
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 If it is what he got it is a BIG improvement. Because the dial and beg seconds hand doesn't look gen, so it is the rep with a black datewheel...
tobico Posted April 7, 2007 Author Report Posted April 7, 2007 Yep, its a black datewheel. The watch looks big because I have small wrist. Its a standard 44.5m.
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Grate, can you make more pics for us, of the back of the watch and of the dial?
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Now they can do the all black model... I'll be witing for that, and did you see the mellow yellow? Now it is missing only the big seconds hand that need a mm more of red and to engrave the movement and the rotor and then it is perfect!!!!!
tobico Posted April 7, 2007 Author Report Posted April 7, 2007 Here are some more pic. Yes, i see the yellow belt version on Puretime himself, its another impressive one.
Mo_till Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Shouldn't this version have the white datewheel?
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Shouldn't this version have the white datewheel? there is also the black datewheel...
richard_uk Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 some of the gens also have the same seconds hand.
Dario33 Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Damn...that is one awesome watch...wear it well.
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 I hope they'll do the All black now
jimbo Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 it appears to be missing the print on the back that lists the materials, e.g. kevlar, steel, titanium... the mellw yellow version has this. i guess you have to pay another $100 for that detail.
jfreeman420 Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Looks like they changed the font on the rotor to the proper sans serif. Too bad they spelled Hublot wrong. How can they not notice Hublot doesn't need an E at the end?

richard_uk Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Hublote lmao are these guys dyslexic or what! still it's a very easy fix, just a ball of sticky tape to remove the back then pick off the stick on letter e,
jimbo Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 hublote... if i paid that much for this watch i'd be pi$$ed... so much for 1:1
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Not a big problem, in two minutes you can take it off...

jimbo Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 Not a big problem, in two minutes you can take it off... this is true, but for over $600 you shouldn't have to...
Guest RiverwindMDS Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 That is true... But this one ,thanks god has a black datewheel...
tobico Posted April 7, 2007 Author Report Posted April 7, 2007 I will get a new eraser just for the "E"
flugel Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 Where is Angus showing these watches? When I go to his "Watch Gallary", I don't find them.
supermanx Posted April 8, 2007 Report Posted April 8, 2007 Now they can do the all black model... I'll be witing for that, and did you see the mellow yellow? Now it is missing only the big seconds hand that need a mm more of red and to engrave the movement and the rotor and then it is perfect!!!!! Actually the short red on the second hand is correct, the supplier originally screwed up but hublot didn't feel like paying to have the run redone... So for the first models all came with that hand. But its not correct with the black datewheel, since all the first big bangs came with white and they later switched to black.
