Shipment from USA to Eu

Hi guys, could someone here suggest me which shipment i should use?

I'm purchasing a dial on ebay and it's located in CONUS whereas i'm in the Old Europe.

Is there a trackable and not too expensive shipment?

Any tips are welcome.

Airmail, no problem but long wait. I bought few dials on ebay from Toumii and she always send me dial by airmail
