Gmt Bezel Click..How do I modify it...

I have one gmt rep (Red/Black) that has a very smooth click to the bezel and the other clicks like a cheap replica (Blue/Red). Is there a way to modify the Red/Blue to have that rich click to bezel?

Gens don't click at all. Bidirectional and smooth.

I was at an AD and the two they had were bi-directional and had very smooth clicks, almost like it was going over 120 small rubber beads.
