I also lost a screw from my 183, and emailed my dealer and he sent me a replacement set at no charge. Do not try to substitute eyeglass screws or any other type (as I did) because they are different and will strip your threads in the case! I'd suggest emailing all the different dealers (starting with the one you got the watch from) and asking about 183 screws directly. Some may want to charge you a couple bucks, which of course is well worth it. I would even be interested in getting a few extras in case it happens again, so if you could post your findings in this thread, it would be helpful to me and possibly other members.

I've found no one yet that has them or can get them! I've tried pretty much all dealers on the forums as well as a couple of parts suppliers with no luck.
