Look at the strap, clearly he has it on very tightly, causing the crown to 'bite'. I've got the BR01-94 in orange on black PVD as well as white on black SS in 46mm and couldn't be more pleased. Just one more time being a 'big guy'(6'2'',290) comes in handy!
