Jawo
I just received my Omega SMP Chrono from Andrew today. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but I got 1 slight problem. Under the crystal and on the dial, there is some lint. I don't know about you but this is going to drive me batty. Is there any way I can fix this myself without sending the watch out to someone? chrgod
I fully understand you.. Luckily, it should be easy to uncase the watch and blow away the dirt. If you are not familiar with uncasing a watch, read "Edges guide" here. To blow the lint away, you should have a "blower". It is cheap, and they sell it in most well-sorted camera shops. Good luck! Thank you very much!! That did the trick. Looks much better now. Only took me 1/2 hour to do. Would have been 15 mins, but I dropped the stupid little tiny screw on the ground. Don't ever do that!! chrgod
You are welcome! It is nice to be able to do minor things like that by yourself, feel a bit proud afterwards.
