Problem with Omega SMP Chrono

Jawo

Recommended Posts

I just received my Omega SMP Chrono from Andrew today. The watch is absolutely beautiful, but I got 1 slight problem. Under the crystal and on the dial, there is some lint. I don't know about you but this is going to drive me batty. Is there any way I can fix this myself without sending the watch out to someone?

I fully understand you..

Luckily, it should be easy to uncase the watch and blow away the dirt. If you are not familiar with uncasing a watch, read "Edges guide" here.

To blow the lint away, you should have a "blower". It is cheap, and they sell it in most well-sorted camera shops. :) Good luck!

Thank you very much!! That did the trick. Looks much better now. Only took me 1/2 hour to do. Would have been 15 mins, but I dropped the stupid little tiny screw on the ground. Don't ever do that!! :bangin:
