How long does lume stay charged?

I just got my PAM111H back from The Zigmeister and did a super-luminova and cannon pin upgrade. I just got a question for those of you whom have done this also. How long should you charge the lume for to get maximum stay power? How long does the glow last?

15-20 seconds under a bright light will fully charge it, in a dark (no ambient light) you can read the time for 8+ hours.

The initial bright green glow will fade quickly, but the watch will remain readable in dark conditions for hours.

If you put together a half a dozen Ziggy relumes next to your bedside you no longer need a night light.

And before anyone asks, tritium will glow constantly for around 20-30 years. It does not need charging, but does not glow as brightly as SuperLuminova iniititally does.

I love the tritium gas tubes in the RXW Plasmir Milgraph... the watch also has SuperLuminova, but the watch is always readable even if you stayed in a closed dark room for 2 months!
