Help with Panerai Daylight Chrono resetting

Hello,

I have been having issues with my Pam Daylight. How do I reset the the hand on the subdial at 6 o'clock, its been moving slowly and counting the hours for the past 24 hrs. It is the rep with the asian 7750.

Just hoping someone, anyone, could chime in.

All the other functions are normal, except the issue I mentioned above.

Very common problem. The escapement lever is permanently up. Try Ziggy on that one.
