The pearl surround should be acrylic (not metal) and the insert slightly larger in inner diameter (i.e. thinner) than for modern Subs/SDs *edit* I'm surprised you had problems fitting the superdome, mine went on without fuss and locked down nice and snug onto the retaining ring* Edited April 17, 2006 by docblackrock Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
