I received a PM from Richard and he said he would be happy to send me one. He did better than that! He sent me 2 links! He never said anything about payment or help with shipping to the US. Richard is a kind gentleman and is very helpful to anyone who asks. If this is the kind of people on this forum, then I think I'm in really good company. Thanks Richard!
