Strap Re-stitching

I've seen a Vostok Europe watch which I quite like, and it has some awesome cobalt accents on the dial. Although it's a diver's watch, it's on a black leather strap with white stitching, and I think it would look better if the stitching complemented the cobalt accents on the dial. Can anyone recommend anyone who could re-stitch the strap, or would it be as easy to use a permanant marker pen to dye the white stitching? Thanks in advance
