Regulator with swan neck MOD

I have noticed that on allot of good mods the only thing missing is the right looking regulator. It appears on the

[viveriuniversum]

I think from your "G" pic, the regulator is oscillating but the camera failed to capture a still frame of it. I cannot see arms of the balance wheel clearly. But your arrow seems to be pointing at the regulator lever.. Or the screw?
