How to remove crown and stem from quartz J12 ?

I know the movement is Epson,maybe it's on other quartz replicas ?

I dont think the stem comes out... I might be wrong.

On my quartz I just held the stem firm with needle nose pliers and twisted the crown off. Then the stem slid back out through the hole as the movement droped out.
