Bigdoggy Posted June 14, 2007 Report Share Posted June 14, 2007 (edited) The Crown on my Broad Arrow broke off flush. The Zigmeister tells me that the only repair option is a gen crown & tube. I thought "no problem - I'll just order one from Otto Frei!" Yeah Right!! He has hundreds listed in his site. Problem - the only way to order the correct crown & tube is by case #. The Gen model closest to this Rep is 3851.20.12. Does anyone have any idea of the correct case number or how to find it? Or, does anyone have, or know who might have a crown & tube to fit whis watch? Here is a pic of the watch before the crown broke off. Thank you so much in advance to anyone that can help!!
