Tube removal and inserting tool

So I did some searching cause I saw it once. A post on the correct Sub/SD/Daytona tube inserting tool for Rolex. I just can't find it anymore...

(Administrator can you find a bookmarking tool for interesting threads... The search engine is insufficient....)

Anyway I saw an A&F on Ebay but RWG told me it sucks. Cousins and Ofrei are out of stock... What options are left. I don't want mcGiver solutions because I tried those all and messed up 3 20$ tubes in the process.

Is there anybody that has the good tool and is willing to sell it or if they don't want to sell maybe just even lend it. I need it 1 week and can return it worldwide per registered airmail. Tips are welcome. Thanks.
