Yes there is a difference.

Dial and engraving on the movement is different.

I knew about the different engravings on the movement. On further inspection of the dials one is raised while one is sunken in. Thank you for the heads up evildee.

If you are a fan of correct casenumbers, be aware that the "F2052/4000" millesimation number on the first model is fantasy. The 177 was made from G series (2004) onwards, there are no F 177.

BTW, the "raised" markers dial is called "sausage" dial, while the "sunken" markers is called "sandwich" dial.

OP (re)introduced the sandwich dials on H series (2005) onwards.

Personally i would go for the second one as i like the sandwich dial, there is not really a lot to chose between them apart from personal prefs. I have one on the way as we speak from ttk, i have been after one of these for a while and he came up with one at the right time and price.
