long story short, just got a brand new 7750 with running sec at 6 o'clock. fully wind and it will stop after a couple of minutes at 40 second mark. hit it and will run again but will stop again at almost the same spot.

Can someone tell me what to do with it? Is it complicated to remove the second gear (to freeze it)? any step by step pics?

i have no idea about the specific problem on yours... just know that I shipped mine back to Eddie Lee's service facility and it came back running like genuine one! It has power reserve, it runs within reasonable specs, chrono works perfect... i dunno how...but they did it. This should be done to all rep chrono's before shipping out!!
