kasigi
Hmm. I hear mentions of screws and tubes. I have screws but not tubes. I'm guessing this is strap related. When I replaced the bracelet on my PAM005 with a strap, I just undid the screws holding the bracelet and used the same screws to fit the strap. Should there be tubes there as well? Do the tubes go in the hole in the strap and then the screws go through the tubes? Signed. Confused of Feythabolis K.
JJFlash
You got it right. Tubes in both leather strap ends. Screws then through the lugs and tube.
kasigi
I guess that's to prevent the strap from wearing. Question is, where in the UK can I buy tube/screw sets? K.
ubiquitous
Although he is not in the UK, you can get tubes from Don Ginsler. Or, if you can wait a few days, I might have a pair I can send to you for free (I have to check my parts box).

davewe
You can get quantities of tubes and/or screws on ebay for a little less than you might pay the dealers. The money adds up quickly when you have multiple Pans. I just boght a set of a dozen screws and tubes (enough for 6 watches) for $36 on the bay. Good quality. kasigi
I only have the one PAM with currently just the one strap so I don't need loads. Am I right in saying that they're used to avoid damaging the strap? Ubi, that'd be great if you do have any spares kicking around K.

Ubi, that'd be great if you do have any spares kicking around Correct- The tubes are used to prevent tearing of the strap at the lug ends. I'll sort through my stuff to see what I have
