I assume the brushing should be done top to bottom so that any markings are vertical, but are all three sides brushed, ie front, back and the side edge as well? K. That's worth a try - I've done it using a scourer but I'm not really happy with the result. It just looks like dull grey metal and the scouring pad disintegrated quite nicely! K. You can still find it here: Italian provider for scratch pen Just do wear rubber gloves when you use it, since it is made of glass fibers and it leaves LOTS of micro-splinters on your work table and your fingers...
