ekhunter
O.K., a lttle background first. I have a Sub LV from Josh that I dropped, obviously by accident. Pick it up, and the pearl is missing, and I can't find anywhere, and the dial had a dent on it. Order a replacement one for it on watchmaterial.com. It arrives friday. THe pearl needed to be glued into the dial. No big deal, or so I thought. I had the pearl in some tweezers and was applying super glue, when I hit my hand and the pearl came out of the tweezers. It hits the counter top, and bounces into the sink and down the drain. I was sickened, but it was gone. In hindsight, I guess it wasn't the best place to work, but it's done. Now, I don't want to spend another $31 with shipping for anothe dial and pearl. I don't see where watchmaterial carries just pearls. I'm afraid this is my only option to order another dial, hopefully not. Where in the world can I find a replacement pearl to fit this dial? I've got a bad feeling I'm screwed, so I'm hoping someone with more experience can 'save the day here' for me. Any help will be greatly appreciated. THanks!!!!! freddy333
I am not sure if it matches the pearl on your insert (these may be the bare pearl (without a metal surround) used for vintage inserts), but Ofrei sells an Illumines Dot (bezel insert pearl) for $10. Look for this item (it is the 3rd from the bottom) Illumines Dot for Bezel Insert $10.00 Illumines Dot on this page
