Asian 7750 Chrono Hand Not Reseting to zero?

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality if the watch. The only problem I am having is the chrono second hand will not reset to zero.

Is there any way to fix this without having to open the watch?

With my gen Tag I could put it in position 2 and tap the chrono start untill it was at zero, but this does not seem to work.

Any thoughts?

Pic: Sorry it is crappy but its taken with my phone.

There is a quick fix you can do that will temporarily fix it. I think that the chrono hand is slipping. And as The Zigmeister said the way to fix it is to take apart and glue it but if you dont really use the chrono that much you can try this:

Start the chrono and let it run for about 35secs or until the chrono hand passes the 30 second mark. Then stop the chrono and press reset.

By doing this, if the chrono hand is slipping, it will reset closer to 12 oclock position.

Try and let me know, it has worked for me in the past. It also doesnt require any disassembly
