Movement swap on Montblanc Timewalker Chrono?

I am considering buying a Montblanc Timewalker Chrono.

The price difference between the model with ETA 7750 and the asian 7750 is quite large ($600+).

i am therefore thinking about getting the asian model and swapping movement myself (or a local watchsmith).

So I was hoping someone here at the forum could telle me if a movement swap like this is a big job?

And also where can you buy a ETA 7750 movement and what does it cost aprox)?

Try at Ofrei, but that movement is way too expensive, you are better of buying the asian one wait one or two years and buy another one (maybe more accurate?), that would be cheaper. Actually you would need a 7753 I guess they run at around $400?
