georgegrasser
Popastuey sells many Timewalkers. All with fuzzy pics. One previous customer thanked him for the refund. You probably won't be able to tell from this listing. Previous sales have better pics. All his Timewalkers are the same. Ebay 280136787499
giorgio
Funny, I've been "chatting" with Balmon (who won the auction on that horribly fake Bentley I posted) and he sent me a link to one of Popastuey's auctions that he won asking for my opinion. It was an IWC (280132319576 ). I told him I don't know IWC's but 2 of the pictures are stock and the rest are way out of focus, so I'd assume the worst. Then I read Popastuey's feedback and checked his auctions. He claimed to have bought 2 IWC's at an estate sale, but ended up selling 4 of them somehow. Balmon paid @2250 for his, but the next 3 auctions ended around the $500 mark.
georgegrasser
Something is fishy. Balmon offered to sell me the IWC because he said he did not like it and bought a Breitling. Whether he bought the Breitling from Popastuey also I don't know. Some of his previous Timewalker sales have sharp pics. Something is not right here. giorgio
I can almost guarantee that Popastuey is a scammer and all his watches are replicas. I don't know about this Balmon guy though. His feedback is pretty good and he buys a lot of stuff from a lot of different sellers. He seemed genuinely interested in my opinion of the timewalker. First thing most people say when they see a nice watch on someone who's wearing a pair of jeans is "it's fake" so people hear that a lot. I've had people tell me genuine Rolex's were fake 'cause all Rolex's have "glareproofed sapphire" crystals, not "plastic" or "there's no serial number on the back like there should be" so he's heard that too. But when you point out 10 or 12 subtle inconsistencies, and 3 glaring errors, and then back it up with pictures, they take you a little more seriously.
