omni Posted August 3, 2007 Report Share Posted August 3, 2007 Because no manufacturer wants to retool to make perfect an old model that was one of the first to be repped, if they aren't going to sell a lot of them. This is such a basic model and pretty much most people that want a PAM rep have moved on and want some other model since they've copied so many models. Should they prove able to fix the datewheel font and cyclops issues, I bet that the 104 will sell again like butter. It is a true classic, if they manage to get to a 99%+ version I can hardly think of any true PAM lover that will refrain from getting one.
