Corgi Posted August 4, 2007 Report Posted August 4, 2007 - I don't know whether I should laugh or cry. The funny thing is, I kind of fancy the rose gold one. Oh well.
georgegrasser Posted August 4, 2007 Report Posted August 4, 2007 I think they do it on purpose. I have two Royal Oak's that are spelled Royol Ook on the back. Possibly to avoid scam's???
Corgi Posted August 4, 2007 Author Report Posted August 4, 2007 Come on! Three mistakes... in different places... why?????
pman Posted August 4, 2007 Report Posted August 4, 2007 They're jelous of Rolex and want us to start a "who has the best baguette?" thread!
narikaa Posted August 4, 2007 Report Posted August 4, 2007 Come on! Three mistakes... in different places... why????? I wonder how well you would fare sitting in a Guangzhou garret on subsistance wages attempting to spell out some Cantonese text with microscopic gold stickers....any better d'ya reckon? Fortunately the simple solution to these typos is a quick case back removal and a peel off off the offending stickers. .
Corgi Posted August 4, 2007 Author Report Posted August 4, 2007 Right, but if they can spell words like "Tourbillon" and "Sapphire Crystal Water Resistant to 50M" and "Officially Certified Chronometer" why the hell can't they spell "Swiss" or "Breguet". Narikaa... are you implying the manufacturers do this on purpose because they are disgruntled to be making watches? If this is the result, it's a miracle most of mine are still running!!
TWP Posted August 6, 2007 Report Posted August 6, 2007 I thought Reguet was a splinter company of Breguet, no?
