Cousteau band removal

Would one of you kind souls explain (pix if necessary) the process to remove the watch band off the Cousteau?

The spring bars - well, don't. And there is an extra pusher in the middle (on the inside of the band).

I'd like to do a movement swap, but the band is in the way.

First press the button in the middle... than you can push the pin out from the side, but keep the button in the middle pushed in the whole time... and don't use too much force... it should go quite easy
