Timepiece Posted August 21, 2007 Report Posted August 21, 2007 Last weekend I did a casual wristcheck in the more luxurious shopping area of Antwerp in Belgium. Now I expected a lot of bling bling in 'the city of diamonds' but I was surprised that w/i a period of 20 minutes I spotted at least five Rolex Submariner Two Tones with black dial. I must say it is not as 'loud' as I would expect and looks great with a suit! I do not see it much in RWG's 'My Collection' area though. Anybody got a good rep and care to share a (wristhot)pic here?!

Let me guess, around Nationalestraat or Gasthuisstraat right? I always found it a little ironic the actual diamond district is actually quite run-down.
Corgi Posted August 21, 2007 Report Posted August 21, 2007 Two Tone Rollies as a rule are not very good... Sorry - I disagree! I purchased the blue version and I absolutely love it. Definitely no contest, the sparkly blue face shines magnificently and is very close to the original.

DO you guys remember "het falconplein" from about ten years ago. there where a lot off small shops from russians. they had almost every rep watch you could think of. and of good quallity and price. not to forget they also sold anything you needed, rep clothes, bags, tv's, phones, etc....
flosty Posted September 1, 2007 Report Posted September 1, 2007 yes i remember, but they closed them all down. Last i heard they all moved to brussels, but i don't know if that's true. I even bought electronics there, all for very low prices and genuine (some of them).
