This may not be the correct forum for this post, if not my apologies. :Moderator, please let me know if this is not ok and where to direct my query. Who here can repair watches and how much would you charge me if I sent you my Rolex Explorer II (unidentified movement) for repair?

I can set the minute/hour hand, the GMT hand and the date but the darn thing will not wind, it's like it is jammed when I try to wind it.

I Opened it up and could not notice anything off kilter except for the "gear" that is attached to the "mini" gear in the crown stem" will not turn the bigger "gear" that winds the "spring" (sorry but I am not in the know on all the part names). Any help on this would be much appreciated.

The watch is about 3 months old.
