Hi The Zigmeister,

just recieved a navitimer from a member, there is a problem

I cannot fix by myself, the big seconds hand did not stop

at 12' after stopping chrono, but it stop 4 seconds later.

There is a way to fix this working on buttons? As I remember

on other wathes there was a way to manually move this

hand.

Can you help me?

Thx in advance.

Regards.

On any of these models (7750 powered chrono's) you should only ever reset the chrono seconds hand Between 10 and 2 on the dial face

Unless the hand has been epoxied and secured.

You can't fix it with the buttons, the hand has to be moved on the post and re-aligned with the 12.

Temporary fix is to open the case, remove the movement, move the hand and line it back up...

Permanent fix is to glue the hand in place so it doesnt' move again...

Why glue? After I line the hand with 12 on chrono stopped,

did it will not remain aligned using chrono?

How hard is to remove movmt

for a really newbie?

Did you think the member who sell me the watches had to not

claim this watch was fully functional? he scam me?

Sorry The Zigmeister for may bad english,

"you should only ever reset the chrono seconds hand Between 10 and 2 on the dial face"

this means that I DO restes between 10 and 2 or I DO NOT reset between 10 and 2,

"only ever" make me confused.

If you line it up with the 12, and only reset when the seconds hand is between 10 and 2, it should be ok and not move again..

When you put glue on the hand, then you can reset anywhere and the hand will always go back to 12...

If you have never done this, then it's probably not good to try and do it...it all depends on your skill level...

I can't say if he scammed you or not, if the watch arrived with the hand offset, then you should talk to the seller...

Yes,

ONLY reset chrono if the seconds hand is between 10 and 2 on the dial...
