Is it normal?

Dear All:

I would like to ask whether it's normal or not? Swiss ETA 6479 with dagger swanneck-movement; when I winding the crown keep turning back a little bit slowly. Seems the movement keep good time. I own 2 of this movement; however; the other one haven't got the kind of problem. Dealer told me it's normal......any idea?

Yes, dagger swan neck 6497 are Asian (sorry, no Swiss ETA here as far as I know), and that is a don't-worry behaviour on Asian movements.

Any fix for it? Is it a problem of movement? I'm quite sure theyre Swiss ETA 6497 movement; not China clone or any Asian Unitas movement.
