Reps in Malaysia

I'm currently working in Malaysia and have come across a rep I've been wanting for a while. I've found the Mont Blanc Timewalker Chrono. However, it has the white datewheel and the push pin at the 8 o'clock position. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong model but I thought that it was supposed to have the pushpin at the 10 o'clock position and a black datewheel. Is it possible to switch the datewheel to black? Would someone like Silux be able to do that? What price range am I looking at? Thanks in advance.

BTW, I've already bought 2 reps for about $20US each. I can't believe some of the prices the dealers are asking online. They must be making a hefty profit.

Silix is a dealer, not a watchsmith. I'm sure that it would be possible to source a black datewheel and have it swapped over, but Silix would not be the person to do it. Best of luck

I knew something didn't seem right and seeing those two pics you posted comfirmed that I was looking at two different models. The second pic is definately the one I want. I can't seem to locate it here though. I guess I'm gonna hafta wait until I get back to Canada and then just order it online from one of the dealers. I was really hoping to pick one up for less than $50.

Malaysia is treating me well since I have about a week off while I wait for work related items to arrive. Getting paid to shop and see the sights, not a bad deal

Actually I am only working here for about a month or so. I get to travel all over the world so I take try to take advantage of the places I've been. I never thought that I would find this many reps outside of China. I would definately like to setup some sort of contact here if I could with a vendor and then sell them ALOT cheaper, but unfortunately, I have no idea how to set something like that up.

It's amazing how much they will quote you at first. I bought a Panerai Luminor Marina for $60 Ringit (about $18US) they originally quoted me about $250 Ringit. As soon as you walk away they start dropping the price. I'm sure it would be even cheaper if they sold them in bulk to me. I would love to figure out a way I could send a bunch back to Canada wihtout getting them confiscated. Any ideas?

BTW, if you ever get a chance to come to Malaysia you HAVE to see the Petronas towers. I couldnt stop staring at them. They don't even look real when you are standing beneath them. Pictures do not even come close to portraying their beauty!
