leitztozeiss
Here are more pics of my TWG (Andrew) Explorers I and II. Andrew has proven to be a very reliable, responsive dealer - highly recommended!
kevin300z
Andrew is shipping my replacement EX2, sent me the one with the wrong hand stack. Andrew has the BeST EX2! Only down side is 2 week shipping.

manuel
very very nice watches. How do you rate the explorer i from 1 to 10? (10 would be for swiss made rolex) How much aprox. would it cost?

Only down side is 2 week shipping. Well, I have one of these from Andrew myself and I have to say it is a great watch, but there is another downside to it. All of them seem to have the bezel misaligned. I have yet to see one where the 24 and 12 is centered between the lugs. It is my favorite for now, though. olivia
Is the 24 Hr Bezel removable for realignment or is it integral with the case?
socom
It should be removable but it takes a lot of force it seems, and I think you would have to realign the dial as well. I didn't bother doing that on my one. Edited March 22, 2006 by socom

I view it as something to deal with at the first clean and lube interval. Aside from that, the only other thing wrong with it is that it's not gen. But for the price, who's complaining? At least, I'm not!
socom
You are absolutely correct. As I said it is my favourite rep right now.
kevin300z
Just got mine. Andrew is the King! I have the same problem with the bezel alignment. Guess this is the same guy who put together all of the new EXP2's

Indyclmbr
My EXP II is my favorite watch period. Bezel is aligned just fine too. Guess I lucked out there. The hand stack is incorrect, but that doesn't bother me at all. The EXP I is a fine watch too-very close to the gen-you'd be hard-pressed to pick out the differences. A couple of nice Explorers there. Here's my EXP II.
socom
Bezel is aligned just fine too. Well, looking at the 12 and 24 of your bezel it does seem to be little tilted, too ? Or maybe it is just the angle of the picture.
Indyclmbr
Must be the angle of the pic. Straight as an arrow on the wrist.

Maybe its just the lighting but it looks like some have black hands and some have silver- which is correct?

Black face should have silver hands. White face should have black hands.
