Ordered a SFSO from Silix special offer and thought it was here after 8 days, next time I check the tracking it seems its back on route to China!!

Is it a customs things or just maybe the address wasnt clearly legible. 1st order not from Trusty and it goes pear shaped :-) Not to worry not Silix fault just one of those things. Lets see the customer service kick in and sort this out hopefully

At least yours has moved.... mine has been stuck at Despatch From Sorting Centre since the 16th
