Rep phones? Where do you get 'em?

I know I may have to wait a while for an answer on this one, but where do people get the repped phones like the vertu and the Iphone? I'm sure tradekey and similar sites have a bunch of people claiming to have it, but who knows what you'll get. Googling a subject like this would be a waste of time because the first 500,000 results would be scammers and such.

I really would like a vertu, and I know someone out there is selling reps of them, but who is it? That phone is just cool looking, simple and whatnot. I have the BB pearl and it's way

more functional but I'd like to whip out a vertu every now and again.
