Hello guys, is anyone of you seen a rep for PAM 219?

I've been looking for lefty PAM for a while. I have seen some good rep of PAM 217 though, but its 46mm is too big for my Asian wrist.

Hmm hard one, i have found a 112 and thought you could drop out the dial turn it and put it back together but then the crown guard would be upside down, found also a couple of destro but with second subdials and i assume you dont want the sub seconds.
