How do I change the Asian 21j speed? Mine gains a minute for every hour.

Here is a pic of the two adjusters, which one does what?

Moving the blue one can ... well, just don't.

Yes, I am. Because of it, it is inconsistent in its gaining and losing.

From what I gather, the blue one sets accuracy and the red one sets speed.
