Luthier Posted October 10, 2008 Report Posted October 10, 2008 almost all states now have CCW laws... in PA you can get a permit in 5 minutes...no training, nothing, just a clean record... in Vermont anyone can carry anywhere with no license... the laws are 'shall issue', meaning they have to give you a permit unless they can prove you shouldn't have one... in almost every state you can carry on your property with no permit... most allow non-concealed carry without a permit Yeah, right. Try to get permit to carry here in California, I'd like to see how you'll succeed.

Luthier Posted October 12, 2008 Report Posted October 12, 2008 it's difficult, but not impossible...you must be consistent and presistent...many folks have gotten them http://www.calccw.com/Forums/general-ccw-d...cws-issued.html only 5% of these californians have been denied...the rest have permits...they walk you thru the steps to get one... you can carry concealed on private property with permission of the owner...
