Final help before I order

About to order my slevin Aquatimer and a Patek Philipe 24hrs for the missus. Have looked on both perfect clones and trustytime, both look like great sites but the patek looks better on trusty time and comes in $10 cheaper.

This is my first order, so price is not the real issue. Just want a great watch and an excellent service. Can I ask your experience of each and who you would sway towards to place your order?
