Tag Heuer SLR Day/Night Hand

Hopefully someone can walk me through this. I read the thread about actually putting the hand back on the stem, however, I first need to get this watch apart. I do not know what is inside yet, but once I get the back off, how do I get the crown out? I included a pic so you can all see what I'm dealing with. I know this might not be the best rep, however, at the time I really liked the look of the entire watch. You can see the hand in the bottom right corner.
