Hello everyone!

I am in North Carolina and I am just now getting serious about watches. I work as a Sales Rep for a fantastic company and got into a discussion with my manager on watches about a month ago. He has a Gen "Tag" and I told him that I was thinking about a new Rolex. I started off as most people on Ebay, then I went to an AD to see what they had. One look and I was hooked!

I told my wife that I wanted to save some $$ for a new Rolex and she told me that I would have to wait for our 10 yr anniversary (which is 4yrs away!) . So, I did what most of you did: Google "Rolex" after finding a few rep sites I was ready to pony up the $$. I was shocked when my manager who was also ready to pull the trigger on a rep told me that he had done enough research to determine that the website we were going to buy from had a poor reputation and was known to mislead potential buyers.

Well after weeks of surfing the net I have found this site and joined as a paying member. I still feel overwelmed by the amount of information on this site, but the quest is half the fun!! I hope that I can soon find that Rolex before my 10th year anniversary!
