Hello people,

I am new at posting here, so a big hello to everyone. There are alot of experts in this forums good at spotting the fakes and with a wealth of knowledge about watches. I need help. I was wondering if the watch, i have hopefully attached, is:

1.Real or fake?

2. what model is it (Pam 126?)

3. If it is real is it worth 5k?

4. What would the retail have been?

Any info would be most appreciated and could possibly save me alot of money. I do love the watch though. I am thinking of buying it and it is being auctioned by a local gallery for an estimated 4k-6k + 19% buyers fee + 8% sales tax. How high should I bid, or should I run for the Hills.Thanks everyone.

If it is 40mm, it may be a genuine 125 (126 is the bracelet model).

Just a bit dubious about the crown. The crown of 40mm models is thinner than that of 44mm models, but this looks with a too wide room between the crown and the crown guard...

Any other info (millesimation, numbers on the caseback, etc)?

Price of the 125 was 4900 USD in 2006.

Definitely gen (the pic). Not a 45mm case, though. Phony description. As for the thin crown, I can believe it. It's probably an E series.

Decided: to me, it is a genuine 125F (E series was made in 1500 pieces, not 2100). Numbers do match.

Besides of that, this model has not been repped so far (as far as I know).

Agree with chieftang about the case size: misdescription. Maybe the seller included the CG.

Honest price, but not the deal of the century.

I guess its not too great of a deal then. I have sold several watches to finance my desire for 1 real pam, and I really liked this one.

So the case on this one is 40mm with a 5mm CG?

Case is definitely 40mm. And CG is very close to 5mm (maybe 5.5).

And the pic is a catalogue photo, where most of the 40mm autos look like they come with thinenr crown than it really is.
