Can someone please shine the light on me?

I can't seem to figure out how to resize the bracelet on my new Chanel J12 ceramic.

My wife is keen on the J12 rep with the real ceramics, River has it at around $300. Do you guys know which other dealers have it and are the quality the same? How much does the real stuff cost? Appreciate the input.

EL also has a ceramic J12 but I have not seen either in person.
