Like a big watch. square face is good. Want it to be classy and dressy yet sporty.

Anyone have comments on the pro cons of the Tag or either one.

Well if you want it to be classy then you should go with the Santos. I think you should go with the chrono. it has a better strap more accurate dial and better crown gaurds and better deployant. The only flaw on the asian chrono is the recessed date wheel. But its a very very large watch.

I have the Cartier Santos 100, standard ETA 2824 with no complications. It is a lovely watch, and if you're looking for class, there's no competition between your two options. The Cartier wins hands down.

Tag Heuer is a great "sports and athletics enthusiast brand," which makes it the opposite of dressy. I definitely suggest you go with the Cartier on this...
