Sweattdogg Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Nice finish, especially the winding gears! Any idea on the age?
Cats Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 I'm a little bit confused when i look at the position of the winding crown and the second hand. Then again if never seen an 6497 ETA movement where teh second wasn't positioned oposite of the winding crown. Carpe Diem Cats
Guest avitt Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 If it's for the dial in the background, it's a 6498, and won't fit the Black Seal.
karetta Posted February 4, 2008 Author Report Posted February 4, 2008 May be from 60's Movement is at the front of the pic so there is no mov't in the case so the dial is turns where ever it wants. It s a UNITAS 6497.
Cats Posted February 4, 2008 Report Posted February 4, 2008 Clear, stupid that i didn't think of that possibility Post some pictures of your Black Seal when it's ready Carpe Diem Cats
